I have to admit, I have been PMSing it and although I told myself that I would not eat any legal treats on this WOE this time around, I couldn't help myself. That being said, this candy is great! I used the 12 oz can of evaporated milk (there isn't a size suggested). The candy sets very quickly after you combine the pudding and the chocolate. You have to be quick. I put the dish in the freezer overnight to harden it up. Wow! That is all I can say. Delicious! I am going to break it up into small pieces and leave it in the freezer whenever I need something sweet. A little definitely goes a long way.

There must really be something wrong with me and my taste buds. This is just awful tasting stuff.
I used a large container of Ricotta and I kept adding Splenda and a variety of other AS to boost the sweetness. I finally ended up tossing in a small package of instant pudding mix (dry) and that at least made it palatable. The texture is very soft and not firm at all. I kept waiting for it to quickly stiffen, but I am still waiting.
