I'm not usually a salmon lover, but I got my hands on some wild sockeye and made up this recipe. Wow, was it good. I served it with fake mashed potatoes.

This was a little spicy for my taste. I think I will cut the paprika and cayenne in half next time. I also thought that there was A LOT of sauce. I scrapped most of it off. I think there is enough sauce for 2lbs of salmon. But it was tasty so I'll try it again.

This was really good. I didn't have cayenne pepper or paprika, so I used chilli powder and crushed red pepper flakes. My boyfriend loved it and he "doesn't do low carb foods!"
