Description:
Ingredients: 2lbs ground beef
2 stalks celery
3 eggs
1/2 c Atkins bake mix
1/2c 3 cheese Italian Dressing
1/4 c Worscheshire Sauce
Salt (sea salt's best)
Pepper
minced garlic (dried)
Italian seasoning
Tomato sauce
How To Prepare: Mix everything except the tomato sauce in a lg. bowl. Transfer to a 9x13 pan and cover with foil. Bake at 300 for about 1 hour. Remove from oven and carefully drain grease. Turn oven to 350. Pour tomato sauce on top of meatloaf. Bake for another 15-30 minutes (ovens vary)


Yummy yummy!! I top mine with sour cream.

THIS IS THE BEST MEATLOAF I EVER TASTED! I used almond flour instead of atkins bake mix but it turned out Very YUMMY!
