4 or 5 lbs Pork Butt
3 Tbls of Liquid Smoke
1 Tbls ground Chipotle
Sliced Jalepenos to taste
How To Prepare:
Cut up Pork Butt and trim excess fat. Salt and Pepper it to taste. Place pieces into a crockpot and add two cups water or enough to fill crockpot halfway. Add liquid smoke and Chipotle then cover. Let it cook slowly for about 8 hours, the meat will fall apart. Take the meat out of the crockpot and shread. Add sliced jalepenos if desired.
