Ingredients: - Ham Bone with hock*
or leftover ham meat and chicken broth
- 2 cups fresh or frozen cauliflower
- 1/3 c. Carrots grated
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 celery, chopped
- 1 celery, chopped
- 1 1/2 lb. fresh green beans
- 1/2 large spaghetti squash, Left over or pre cooked
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- bay leaf
- cabbage sliced thinly (optional)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
How To Prepare:

Cook bone in broth with cauliflower, carrots, onion, garlic, 1/2 of the celery, bay leaf, for a couple of hours. Remove bone, bay leaf and blend the rest in blender. Return to pot. Remove ham off bone. Add all the ham and the rest of the vegetables you have to the pot and cook about 1/2 hour more.

Hot sauce is good served with this. or a bit of apple cider vinegar and a bit of splenda to taste.
You could add curry and or cumin.

Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 2.5 gr. carbs per cup.
