1 lb. ground beef
2 c. Lettuce, shredded
1 sm. Tomato
1/4 c. Green pepper
1/4 c. Green onions
10 Black olives, sliced
1 c. Shredded cheese (Monterey Jack, cheddar)
4 Tbl. Sour cream
Seasonings to taste: chili powder, garlic powder, dried minced onion
How To Prepare:
Brown ground beef, add seasonings to taste. Put lettuce in salad bowls. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, tomato, green pepper, onions, and olives.
Salsa may be added also, but there are too many variables, depending on the brand. Just be sure to add to the total carb count.
