Ingredients: First, you need an electric icecream maker
2 Cups of heavy cream (heavy whipping cream or regular cream)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups of Half and half
1/2 cup of Decaf brewed coffee (cool or room temp.)
Splenda to taste...(add as much as you like, then taste concoction and see if it's sweet enough for you)
How To Prepare: Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add splenda as much as you like and taste (to see if it's enough). Put bowl into freezer for approximately 20 or 25 mins. to cool.
Your icecream mixing bowl should've been freezing in the freezer overnight.
Add mixture to your machine and turn on,,either make it soft as a shake, or soft icecream or make it harder (takes about 15 mins. in machine).
Once you get the hang of making icecream like this easy, you will whip it out in no time at all!
Variations: add almond extract, or eliminate coffee for plain vanilla icecream, add sugar free toffee chunks in the end...etc..
