Positive aspects of the product (pros): Taste and texture are excellent
Cons: none

These are excellent. I substituted 1 cup Carbalose flour for part of the almond flour and used 2 eggs. They were very moist, tasty, and held together well. I'm going to add walnuts and raisins and take them to a church pot-luck this Sunday -- they were that good.
