Description:
Ingredients: Chicken (2 cans)
Mayo
Hardboiled eggs (2-3)
Onion powder


Optional:
bacon bits
tomato
cheddar (very small cube)
favorite mustard (a little goes a long way)
packet or 2 of splenda
Relish (dill is usually lo-carb)
Salt
Pepper
Tarragon
Celery flakes
How To Prepare: Mix chicken, eggs, spices, and any optional ingredients, then add enough mayo to make nice consistancy. I like it as is but you can spread on a leaf of lettuce if desired. Most ingredients 0 carbs.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): very easy and quick
Cons: none

I was diagnosed with steroid induced diabetes awhile back and have to be very careful with my carb intake. This recipe is awesome. Tastes wonderful and if you really want to add noodles to it, you can use dreamfields which is only 40 carbs for the entire box. Thanks for this recipe Smile!
