1 Cup Crisco
1 Cup Splenda
3 Eggs or egg substitute
1 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 heaping tsp baking powder
2 Cups soy flour
3/4 Cup wheat bran
4 Endulgence Chocolate bars, chopped
3/4 Cup pecan, chopped
Splenda/cinnamon mixture to taste
How To Prepare:
Beat together Crisco and Splenda, then beat in eggs. Add extracts, cinnamon,and baking powder. Finally add soy flour and wheat bran and beat well. Stir in chopped chocolate and pecans. Form 2 loaves in a 9x13 baking pan, and bake at 325 for 45-50 min. Remove from oven and cut into 3/4- 1 inch slices. Roll each slice in the Splenda/cinnamon mixture and place back into the oven for 15 min at same temperature. Remove, let cool, and enjoy. Great for dunking.
