Ingredients: 2.5 cups Almond Flour

2lbs Cream Cheese (32ozs.)

1 stick melted BUTTER

2 eggs

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (REAL)
1 cup diabetisweet or equivalent mix of diabetisweet and sweet and low Brown

2-4 tablespoons of diabetisweet or equivalent of Sweet and low Brown

1 cup sour cream
How To Prepare: Preheat oven to 450. Mix melted butter, 2-4 tablespoons sweetener, and Almond flour. Press mixture into bottom and up sides of a greased 9 inch springfoam pan.

Chill crust in freezer while mixing filling.

Beat cream cheese and sweetener until smooth and light. Beat in eggs and vanilla until just blended. Stir in sour cream. Pour mixture in crust and bake 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 200 and bake 45 minutes. Cool completely and chill.
