How To Prepare: Test your meat for doneness as follows:
GENTLY....

1. Press your finger on the space between your upper lip and nose...relax this area, not tensed. This is RARE.

2. Press your finger on the side of your nostril. This is MEDIUM RARE.

3. Press your finger on the end of your nose. This is MEDIUM.

This is also how much your chicken breasts should press in/bounce back at the thickest part. If you use this test method for your breasts, I guarantee you won't have dry, cardboard chicken breasts ever again!

4. Press your finger on the bridge of your nose...where the cartilage meets the bone. This is WELL DONE.

Using the back of a fork to test, transfer the feel of how much each of these areas presses to your meat. Your meat will come out perfect every time. Just the way you want it.
Number of Servings: Perfectly
Preparation Time: 8-5 min
Effort (Easy, Average, Difficult): Easy
