How To Prepare:
You can make this for however many servings you want. Boil cauliflower floweretts for 10 minutes. Drain. Make a sauce of sour cream & shredded cheese with a little mustard. Add to cauliflower & salt & pepper to taste (not much salt, as the cheese adds plenty). Put in an oven proof dish (sprayed with Pam) & sprinkle the top with the crushed chicharrones. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes.
This has been my husband's all-time favorite for the last two years.
