Description:
Ingredients: 2 cups beef stock
2 tbsp butter
small garlic clove
tbsp of red wine (optional)
handful of black peppercorns
pinch of cornstarch
How To Prepare: saute garlic in butter. add stock, wine and peppercorns and simmer for 20 mins or so. Add cornstarch and bring to a boil briefly. Voila..It's ready as quickly as you can grill a steak!
