Ingredients: 1 lb. of ground beef
1 package of taco seasoning
1-2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 can of crushed tomatoes
1 small onion
Sour cream (topping)
Guacamole (topping)
How To Prepare: In a frying pan, cook ground beef and add taco seasoning(follow directions on package). Add onions and cook until onions are done. Drain the can of tomatoes and mix into meat mixture. Add cheese and mix entire contents together. When serving top with dollup of guacamole and sour cream. TIP: This recipe (less sour cream and guacamole) freezes quite well in individual servings and is quick to micowave. Simply add the guac and sour cream once reheated. Great for lunch!
