Ingredients: 2quarts heavycream
butter/salt/pepper/haddock/clams/scallops with all juices.
you can add any kind of seafood you like, Most has 0 carbs.
How To Prepare: sautea all seafood in pan with butter until done, add heavy cream, enjoy!!!!!TIP- the longer it sets the better it tastes. add salt & pepper as you like.

Absolutely wonderful! I used diced up scallops, shrimp, and crab meat, but I would think any seafood would suffice. The only thing I did different, and I would highly recommend, is to add some corn starch mix after cooking to thicken.

It was so easy and delicious. You could put bacon or veggies in this and it would be good too.
