Ingredients: 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. finely shredded colby cheese
10-15 jalopena peppers, fresh
1 lb. bacon, cut in half lengths
How To Prepare: Mix cheeses and garlic and set aside. Using gloves, cut jalopenas in 1/2 longwise and remove seeds. Fill with cheese mixture. Wrap with bacon half. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until bacon is crispy cooked.
Number of Servings: 20-30 jalopena halves
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 1
Preparation Time: 45 min. but well worth it.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): positively addictive
Cons: I eat all of them each time I make a batch

I looove these! I add a bit of green onion to this and lots of garlic powder.
I put these halves on a scewer and turn them over once the bacon crisps on one side. These are EXCELLENT

Cons: can't stop eating them

DH loves them. He takes them to work for his boss too.
A great snack to have around.
