Description:
Ingredients: 1 cup chopped broccoli
1/3 cup mixed peppers (green red yellow) chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 tablespoon butter
1 can 0 carb chicken broth
1/2 cup cooked and cubed turkey or chicken
1/2 tablespoon finely chopped onion
How To Prepare: Melt the butter in a sauce pan over medium low heat. Saute the vegetables for a minute or two in the butter. Add the chicken broth and meat. Simmer for 20 mins on low. Enjoy
