It did not taste so good

I loved the idea, and I had been wondering if you could use pork rinds for breading. I didn't like the way that it tasted though. It was chewy instead of crisp, and I could not taste the cheese because the pork rinds were too overpowering..

I just read this recipe and am going to try it this week. One suggestion, you can probably use the cheddar cheese sticks, as well, for a change! Great idea! Can't wait to try!

I tweeked the recipe by adding parmesian cheese and italian seasoning to the crushed pork rinds. Added marinara sauce....delish!! Hint, freeze your sting cheese first that way it doesn't melt all over your pan.
