Ingredients: 2 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast
1 1/2 to 2 Cups Bean Sprouts
1/2 Cup Unsalted Peanuts (crushed)
4 or 5 Large Cabbage Leaves.
1 Cup Portabello Mushrooms
1/3 Cup Green Onions (optional)

2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Packet Stir-Fry Mix (I season the chicken and skip the packet)
How To Prepare: *Steam Cabbage Leaves Prior*

1. Sauté Garlic & Peanuts in Olive Oil for 2-3 minutes.
2. Add Sliced Chicken Breast; cook half-way.
3. Add Soy Sauce, Heavy Cream & Mushrooms.
4. Once cooked, add Bean Spouts Last.

Serve on Steamed Cabbage Leaves
