Ingredients: 2 cups chopped cooked ham
1 Tb. Canola oil
3 cups chicken broth
2 (16oz.)packages of frozen turnip greens or collard greens
1(16oz)pkg of frozen seasoning
blend, McKenzie or Picksweet

(Frozen seasoning blend is a mixture of diced onion, red and green bell peppers, celery and parsley)

1 t. splenda
1 t. pepper
How To Prepare: Saute' chopped ham in hot oil in a ductch oven over med-high
heat 5 mins. or until lightly browned. Add chicken broth and remaining ingredients;bring greens mixture to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 25 mins.
Number of Servings: 6 to 8 servings
Preparation Time: 30 mins
