3 medium chicken breast halves -- skinless boneless
cooked and shredded
1 cup shredded green cabbage
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1 cup shredded Napa cabbage 1 tablespoon finely shredded lemon peel
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 fresh squeezed lemon
How To Prepare:
Combine everything, gently toss to mix well. You can always play with the seasoning -- very simple recipe
I used a food processor to make short work of shredding the cabbages. This made enough for three days -- for me that is.
