Thin white sauce:
1 T.thickner,(a substitute for flour)
1 c. cream
1/4tsp. salt Medium white sauce:
2 T butter
2 T. thickner,(a substitute for flour)
1 c. cream
Thick White Sauce:
3 T. butter
3-4 T. thickner(a substitute for flour)
1 Cup cream
1/4 t. salt
How To Prepare:
Blend the melted butter and thickner thoroughly. Add the cold cream and salt. Heat, and stir constantly until thickened. Cook about 10 mins.
Number of Servings:
for use in recipes that call for white sauce,ex.(Mac & Cheese)
