Ingredients: 1 Cup Unsalted Dry-Roasted Peanuts
1/8 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
1/2 Tsp
8-10 Splenda Packets
2 Tbsp Cream Cheese
Cinnamon (optional)
How To Prepare: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.2. Grind peanuts in food processor.3. Add melted butter, splenda, whipping cream, cream cheese.4. Continue to grind until ingredients are incorporated.*You should have something resembling a thick Peanut Paste* 5. Shape Paste by hand into round, relatively thin cookies and arrange on a non-stick cookie sheet.6. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and toasted.
