1/2 lb Firm tofu
1 cup mixed greens of your choice
1/3 cup sprouts
shredded chedder cheese
3 TBSP canola oil
1 tsp curry
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp sage
to liking, salt and pepper
How To Prepare:
Dry tofu with paper towl. Cut into large cubes. Heat pan with oil. Sprinkle in herb and spices. Let pan get very hot (but not smoking). Put in tofu, but be careful of hot oil (It may crumble in the pan as it's cooking). While tofu is cooking, shread mixed greens on a plate. When tofu is done, place on mixed greens and sprinkle with cheese.
