1 green pepper
1 cup shredded cheese
How To Prepare:
cut the pepper into 1/4 pieces. Dice the tomato. Mix the tomato and cheese together with the mayo. Only use enough mayo to wet so to speek the cheese and tomato mix.
This is an old family recipe. We have eaten it at family get togethers for years. Even the non low carb eaters love them
