1 4oz. can pimentos, drained and chopped(I like one of these 4 brands: Osage, Sunshine, Dunbars, Dromedary)
1/2 c. mayonnaise(I like Hellman's)
1/4c. Durkee's sauce
2 T. Dijon mustard
1/8t. cayenne pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 c. finely chopped fresh parsley
1/4 t. splenda
1 pound(16oz.) sharp cheddar cheese, grated
How To Prepare:
Combine all ingredients except cheese in a large bowl and mix well. Add cheese and mix again. Refrigerate.
Best served on fresh bread, but also good on cherry tomatoes and celery
