2 cups heavy cream - I use
1 cup heavy cream and 1
cup of ultra pasturized
heavy cream (0 carbs) 4 extra large egg yolks - I
use the whites in crustless
quiche - mixed with whole
eggs 2 tablespoons instant
sugar free chocolate
pudding 9 packets Splenda 2 tablespoons chocolate
extract (Surlatable.com -
$10.95 - 8oz)
How To Prepare:
Cook yolks and cream in
double boiler stirring often
until somewhat thickened. Mix in the remaining
ingredients and chill.
