2 cups Tomatillos2-3 cloves Garlic1/4 cup cilantro1 cup Heavy or sour cream4 chicken breasts, sliced

How To Prepare:
I roast my tomatillos in the oven until they are soft and golden and then I blend them with the cilantro, cream and garlic. Brown chicken and then simmer in this sauce. I used to serve this over rice, now I eat it alone or with a wasa cracker, or veggies. This is a knock your socks off recipe that is so simple but will make you the hit of any potluck you bring it to.

My family loved this recipe! I did it as listed, but would try other combinations in the future. I think adding a dash of lemon would do the trick for muting the cilantro a bit as it really is a very overpowering flavor in the dish. I can see how any number of flavor combinations would be possible (ie make it more Italian)
