Ingredients: Water 1 cup
Cream 1 "
Atkins bake 1 Tsp
Garlic powder 1 "
Grease 1 Tsp
Jelled meat juice 1 cup
Salt to taste
Pepper "
How To Prepare: Cook a 3 lb roast in a pressure cooker. When done remove roast and pour liquid into a bowl and refrigerate overnite.

Remove solidiefied grease from bowl and reserve 1 Tsp of grease and 1 cup of jelled juice.

Put grease and jelled juice in a double boiler or a sauce pan and heat until melted.

Whip remaining ingredients and pour in the pan of liquid and cook until desired thickness stirring often to prevent burning.
Serve over slices of roast and enjoy.
