Ingredients: 1.5 lbs Veal Stew Meat
1.5 lbs Jicama Root
1.0 lbs Turnip
1.0 lbs Bok Choy
.75 lbs fresh Mushrooms
5.0 cups Beef Broth
How To Prepare: Peel and cut Jicama and Turnips into 1" cubes
Cut Veal into small pieces
Slice Bok Choy into quarter inch lengths
Wash mushrooms, if they are large then cut in halves or quarters as needed
Combine meat and vegitables in an oven safe pot with Broth
Cook in oven @ 300 F for 2 hours
Number of Servings: 12
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 4 grams per serving
Preparation Time: 30 to 40 minutes
