1 can beef broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
3 t. olive oil
How To Prepare:
Heat oil in a heavy non-stick skillet over med-low heat. Add onion and let them steam.
Then add beef, broth, turnips, salt and pepper and let the broth cook down tendering the onions. When cooked down, add the heavy cream and let it simmer.
( This would be good for left-over turkey and chicken also, using a can of chicken broth)
