6 packets of Splenda
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/3 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup cream
carb free chocolate syrup
How To Prepare:
Pulverize cereal in a blender until as fine as possible (like flour). Mix in baking powder, salt, cinnamon and Splenda. Slightly beat egg and mix in other wet ingredients except for chocolate syrup. Add nuts after mixing well. Divide into 12 greased muffin cups. Make a depression in each cup and place approximately 1 tsp syrup in each hole. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
