Positive aspects of the product (pros): Tastes great, pretty easy for a seasoned cook.
Cons: Had to cook it longer than recipe called for

This is a very tasty morning casserole. I've made it several times. However, I need to always cook it longer, say 15 minutes longer. I like it brown and "done" (no eggy middle..yuck!), but YMMV.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): YUM
Cons:

I put the mixture in a non stick muffin pan and cook.
I also saute onions and bell peppers and add to the mixture with some smoked chipotle hot sauce.
