Ingredients: Set pie crust be baking while you fix filling. Pie crust recipe at the bottom!


1 cup splenda
4 T. flour(I use almond flour)
3 T. cocoa
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. cream
1 1/2 T. butter
1 t. vanilla
How To Prepare: Mix dry ingredients. Beat egg yolks and add eggs and milk to dry mix. Put in iron skillet over medium to low heat stirring constantly till thick. Add butter and vanilla
Pour in pie crust and top with meringue. Bake in oven at 300 degrees for 15 to 20 mins until meringue is brown.

Note: For pie crust, I use
1 1/2 chopped nuts
1/4 c. splenda
2 t. softened butter, plus more for greasing pan
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie pan. In med bowl, combine pecans splenda and butter. Mix well: press onto bottom and sides of prepared pan. Bake 10 mins, until golden brown. Cool while making pie filling.
