1 whole egg (large 59gm.)
1 cup olive oil (don't use any old oil)
half teaspoon salt,
pinch dry mustard,
2 teaspoons white vinegar or lemon juice
Clove of garlic, peeled
Herbs, (Dill is good for fish)
How To Prepare:
Put egg and a quarter of the oil and the vinager and salt, mustard, tabasco in blender, put on lid, turn on low, when throly mixed, slowly, slowly pour in remainder of the oil.
Can use more oil for a runnier dressing. For double the quantity, make twice.
