1-8oz.LaChoy sliced Bamboo shoots, drained
1 cup crushed pork rinds
(I like Rudolph's from Walmart)
1 t. salt/optional 1 8oz block sharp cheddar cheese ,shredded 1 8 oz. block extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
6 large eggs, lightly beaten
4 cups cream
How To Prepare:
1. In large bowl, lightly beat eggs, add cream and mix well.
2. Add drained bamboo shoots and crushed pork rinds, mix will 3.Add cheeses and mix. 4. Grease large 9x13 pyrex. Pour mixture in and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (This is a complete protein meal and is good at any meal,all you need is veggies)
