Description:
Ingredients: 4 slices of ham (square)
2 Oz. Cream Cheese(Philadelphia)
1 spear dill pickle
How To Prepare: 1. Spread equal amounts of cream cheese on each piece of lunchmeat ham(I use oscar meyer because it is square).

2. Cut each cream cheese covered piece of ham into 3 long verticle strips, resulting in 12 strips of ham covered with cream cheese.

3. Cut some slivers off of the pickle.

4. Take one sliver of pickle and roll it up into each strip.

You will not use the whole pickle spear, unless you love a lot of pickle on your roll-ups.
Number of Servings: 12 roll-ups
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 3 for all 12 (total)
Preparation Time: 15-30 minutes
Effort (Easy, Average, Difficult): Average
