1 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
Crushed Pork Rinds
4 slices of cheese
How To Prepare:
Break asparagus in small pieces or cut. Boil until tender. Save the liquid. Mix butter and gum over high flame. Stir until smooth. Add cheese (cut into tiny pieces), 1 cup water from cooked asparagus and 1/2 tsp. salt. Mix until cheese melts and mixture becomes thick on low flame. If too thick, add a little more asparagus water. Place cooked asparagus in glass casserole. Pour melted cheese mixture over it. Sprinkle on pork rinds on top of mixture. Bake at 450 degrees about 10-15 minutes.
