Description:
Ingredients: 3 Cups Heavy Cream
3 Egg yolks (slightly beaten)2 Tsp. Vanilla
6 Mini spoon Stevia (Sweetvia Brand)
ExtraAdded Flavor Ideas
2 Cups Strong Coffee
Almonds
Cocoa ( remember more sweetener)
Banana extract and coconut?
Possibilities are Endless
How To Prepare: Add cream and egg yolks to pot, and put on double boiler. Cook until the mixture is hot, but not scorched or boiling. About 20 minutes, it should coat a spoon, yet the heavy cream does this naturally. ( I also just did it long enough to feel my eggs were " safe " ) Remove from heat, add vanilla and sweetener. I had to experiment with my NEW stevia and add to taste, so this is an approximate. One could also use 1 Cup of splenda, but count the carbs. Now is the time to add any flavoring you might desire. I added 2 cups of STRONG coffee and almonds for mocha almond ice cream!!! Let mixture cool and place in ice cream maker and follow maker's directions. Voila!!

Positive aspects of the product (pros): was great
Cons: carb count wrong... 5 carbs per 1/2 cp cream,3 cups equals 30 carbs = sweetner of choice=true carb count.

very creamy, awesome
