cleaned & cut in half
3-4tbsps. butter 1/2c. water
3tbsps. dijon mustard
How To Prepare:
Bring water and butter to boil. Add brussel sprouts, cover and simmer until most of the liquid is gone, about 10 mins. Add dijon mustard, stir.
This recipe is so good that even my kids, who hate brussel sprouts, ask me to make it!
