Ingredients: -(3)hard boiled eggs
-mayo to taste
-mustard to taste
-salt and pepper to taste
-grated onion or garlic powder to taste
-parprika or sliced green olive or both, for garnish
-(1)grandmother to taste test your creation(optional, but in my case, I use my Mom Mom!)
How To Prepare: Take your eggs and put them in a pot. Fill the pot with water, above the eggs. Bring the eggs to a boil, and turn heat down to medium. Continue to let the eggs boil on medium for about 15 minutes. When done, put pot in the sink and run cold water over them. When the eggs cool, peel them and wash any pieces of shell off. Cut each egg in half and empty the yolks into a bowl. Take your egg whites and put them face down on a towel to dry. Take your yolks and break them up with a fork to the desired consistency. Put a little mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder or grated onion, and mix well. Add ingredients to taste, or someone elses taste. (You'll know wich taste is right for you!) Then take the mixture and fill each egg, using all of it. Sprinkle with paprika, garnish with an olive, or both. Put in the fridge for about a 12 an hour, or eat right away! Enjoy!
