1 packet knox unflavord gelatine
1/2 cup splenda sugar substitute
1 cup boiling water
2(8 oz) packages kraft philadelphia neufchatel cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 packet of your favorit flavor unsweetend drink mix (opt)
How To Prepare:
1. mix gelatine and sweetener in bowl: ad boiling water and stir till gelatine dissolves
2. beat cream cheese and vanilla in a large bowl until smoothe:lsowlu beat in gelatinemix .
pour into 3.5 oz portions yeild 6
3. refrigorat for 2-3 hrs to set garnish with low carb whip toping
