3Cups Ricotta Cheese
1/4 Cup Flour*
2Tbsp Grated Orange Peel
2Tbsp Grated Lemon Peel
1Tbsp Vanilla Extract
1/8 tsp. salt
1Cup Sugar Sub.(I use Splenda)
*soy or all purpose flour
How To Prepare:
Beat 4 eggs with mixer until foamy.
Gradually add Sugar,continue
beating until thick and piled
Mix all other ingredients into
a large bowl.
Gradually stir beaten eggs into Ricotta mixture until
blended and smooth.
Pur into Large pie dish or two
smaller 8" pie dishes.
Bake at 350 degrees about 50
to 60 minutes, or until mixture is firm and slightly brown.
Remove from oven and place on cooling rack.
When serving loosen sides of pie from plate and use serving
fork-may stick a little but it's delicious and no crust needed!
