1 pound pork
4 hard bolied eggs
salt & pepper
other seasoning if you wish
How To Prepare:
Mix pork with salt&pepper, wrap a portion of meat around hard boiled egg(don't forget to take the shell off!) Should look like big meat ball. Cook in 375 oven for 45 minutes or so. Eat and enjoy!

Positive aspects of the product (pros):
not too flavorful
I tried this using a half pound of bulk sausage instead of the pork. Think it would have been really good using deviled eggs instead!
