1 T. flour
1 3pound smoked boneless pork shoulder or butt 1 (27oz) can of Libby's Kraut, drained 1/4 c. brown sugar(splenda) 1 med. apple peeled and diced(I leave apple out,I can't
have fruit) 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
How To Prepare:
Place flour in 14x20 cooking bag, shake to coat inside of bag. Place pork in bag, close with twist ties, makes holes for steam. Place bag in 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
Add together remaining ingredients. Mix well. Open bag after baking for 2 hours and spread kraut mixture over and around pork. Retie bag. Return to oven and bake 40 mins longer.
