11 oz Ground Salmon
1 Green Onion
2 oz Brown Crimini Mushrooms
2 LBS Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
How To Prepare:
- Chop onion and mushrooms
- Combine with Salmon and Egg
- Mix well with fork
- Stuff chicken with mixture
- Grill until done [8 minutes on electric grill]
