Ingredients: 2 eggs
1 slice of baked deli ham (check to make sure it's not sugar sweetened!)
2 Tbs. butter
1 slice American cheese
1 low-carb bagel
How To Prepare: Melt butter in small skillet. Chop ham up (I used kitchen scissors to just slice it up quick) and combine in a bowl with eggs. Pour into small skillet and cook like scrambled eggs, and as it cooks, form it into the size of your bagel. Toast bagel. Butter bagel, place cooked eggs and ham on the bottom half, and lay cheese over it. Put the top on the bagel and let the cheese melt just a bit (Yum!) Enjoy!
