Loved it! Line pan with parchment paper for easier removal. Great with strawberries and whipped cream.

Very easy, very tasty. Sugar free, low carb AND low fat, which works for almost all my friends.
Cons:
It was difficult to pull out of the pan, but I don't think I let it cool completely.

Variation: I used dried eggs whites instead of fresh, and DaVinci vanilla syrup in place of the pourable Splenda (same amount syrup as Splenda). You have to rehydrate the dried egg whites, so I just used the syrup in place of water to rehydrate and it worked like a charm!

Easy, few ingredients, truly low carb
Cons:
The pan was almost impossible to clean.

I used vanilla flavoured whey protein powder instead of almond flour. Because my whey was sweetened with stevia as well, the cake was nicely sweet, just like an Angel Food Cake would be.
I was very pleased with this recipe. One of the few low carb desserts I would serve to non-low carb guests.
