Scrammble Eggs & Fry Bacon. Put aside. Put 1 t Butter in frying pan, once melted add Cheddar Cheese (amount depends on how big you want your Burrito). Cook cheese until it has a "lacy" appearance & is brown on the bottom. DO NOT FLIP OVER DURING COOKING. Once bottom is brown & crunchy put eggs & bacon on 1/2 of the cheese. Fold cheese over eggs & bacon to make a "taco" or "burrito" shell around the eggs & bacon. Let cool & ENJOY!
